I’M so excited about this!
Walking down the halls of our school recently, I stopped when I saw this incredible drawing displayed on the wall. I do try to really pay attention to the art work that is always proudly displayed from our kids, I love seeing their work and they always inspire me.
I started asking question about this collage of colors with a LIFT EACH OTHER up message in it and found out there was other one! STOP BULLYING was just hung! I went to see it and knew I was inspired to create a new design by the children again.
What makes it even more special is that this piece was a collaboration between Student Council, teachers, and staff members. So many hands, hearts, and ideas came together to bring these beautiful and powerful messages to life: Lift Each Other Up on the front and STOP Bullying on the back—two messages our we all need to hear and spread right now.
I loved it so much, and was so moved by the teamwork that went into it, that I knew I wanted to share it with all of you. And today… the kids saw their artwork on the hoodie for the very first time. Their faces LIT UP. They were SO excited and SO proud to see their designs come to life in such a meaningful way.
These messages came from our kids. This creativity came from our school. And this impact will go right back into our community.
